Josie was a triathlete for a moment until she realised that competitive outdoor swimming was not for her. Nevertheless she is a sports enthusiast and loves all things competitive. Over the last 2 years she has become a bit of a crossfit junkie. She describes this as fulfilling her competitive spirit.
She treats the body from a functional perspective and assesses you holistically. She specialises in connect therapytm in her assessments which tells you what is causing your pain.
She has a zest for a healthy spirit and body and practices what she preaches (most of the time)… She recommends a great breakfast in the morning to get you going. She usually begins the day with a great protein smoothie, packed with vegan protein powder, spinach, avocado, banana, nut butter, omega 3 tablets and water. Great way to begin your day and sustain your sugar levels as well as help your body with inflammation.
