Joe Crawford

Massage & Sports Therapy

After sustaining many injuries whilst playing football, badminton, and squash, including a shoulder dislocation and various muscle issues, Joe developed an interest in the human body and treating injuries. Wanting to learn more about the recovery process, Joe enrolled in Sports Therapy at the University of Chichester, graduating in 2014.

Since then, he has worked with rugby and football teams, and has broadened his knowledge and understanding of physiology and treatment by working with chiropractors and osteopaths in Central London clinics. He enjoys treating people from all walks of life, from office workers suffering from back and neck pain due to poor posture, to professional athletes trying to get back in shape for the next competition.

As well as delivering effective sports massage, Joe creates specific rehabilitation programmes to aid recovery from short- and long-term injuries. He aims to find the true cause of the problem to deliver a treatment programme for long-lasting results and to reduce the risk of re-injury. Joe is a full member of the Society of Sports Therapists.
