Bach Flowers remedies
Most people
live at a fast pace and find
it difficult to meet their
own needs, be they the right
food, exercise and sleep or
perhaps more subtle needs
such as inner peace. Our
health and well-being often
get pushed to the background
in favour of other
apparently more urgent needs
– work, keeping everything
going, fulfilling the needs
of others and so on. As a
consequence we feel
stressed.
Stress is often
talked about as
though we all know
what it means and as
though it is the
same thing for
everyone.
However,
people experience it in
individual ways. When I ask
clients what they mean when
they talk about stress,
their answers range from
anxiety, frustration,
irritation, boredom,
powerlessness, impatience
and anger to more complex
forms of suffering; for

job or even loneliness.
